I do think this is problematic do I do I think it means the Lakers can’t end up with a coach that works no because we saw this very similar scenario play out with Frank vogle they won a championship in in his first season but this doesn’t help it doesn’t help at all I agree yeah it’s hard to argue that I I think excuse me like if I’m I’ll be honest if I’m JJ reck I stay away from this I do I and that’s the concern is that and you know if it doesn’t happen there’ll be a lot you know like there’ll be a lot of of both camps trying to make it seem like they broke up with the other one uh you I can’t dump you you can’t dump me because I’m dumping you first um and so that’s gonna be a thing but you know what I think you are correct that this it’s it hurts them

  1. I think you said it in the first few sentences… Vogel… what was wrong with Vogel?? I still don’t get why he was canned by the Lakers and Suns. 😢 Vogel may not be Kerr, but honestly…. Kerr isn’t Kerr either now…

  2. No one wants to coach Lebron, they know he's too much of a primadonna to be coached, he's a hindrance to the Laker's future.

  3. This hurts the Lakers' brand… The Lakers live off of things that this front office & ownership group have nothing to do with, i.e. the Lakers' legacy & their desirable location. Beyond that, the Lakers are essentially a mom-&-pop organization with fewer resources & an inferior infrastructure than their competitors. Every time someone, whether a player, coach, or executive says no to the Lakers, it only reinforces this…
