Da Silva seems like the Jaime Jaquez of this draft. Lower ceiling but can contribute from day 1.

Djurisic is nice, need more passing on the team

I reeeeally like Da Silva and have no idea why he’s not mocked in the lottery. 6’10 and shoots the skin off the ball

  4. Da Silva definitely seems like someone we would have to consider at 14. I’m not particularly averse to older draft picks at all. Especially, when they have polished shooting and size like he does.

I’d be totally fine with a “low ceiling, solid guy at 14” like Knecht or Dasilva. Get a high ceiling guy at 7 and then 2025 is what matters most. Maybe we can get some more picks next year with Brogdon and jerami

Imo, I think da Silva will be better than Cody Williams

If da Silva has the lateral quickness to play the three defensively, I like him A LOT (I think he has more off-the-bounce potential than he typically gets credit for), and he would be very high on my list at 14. If he can’t, however, he loses a bit of his luster, as he then becomes undersized for my liking. He’d still be under consideration, but he may not be among my tier 1 options at that point.

If there is an option to package the two second rounders to get back into the lower to mid-20s, that’s a different story.

  7. Think Da Silva would be a solid get at 14 but only if we are able to take a swing at 7 with a Salaun/Buzelis/Holland
