OP…..how high were you when you wrote this post?
The nature of Mark’s injury is concerning, but it’s still isolated and I don’t think he deserves an injury prone label at this point. I can’t be optimistic after the last three years, but I’m hopeful. I’d like to see him develop into a prolific rim protector, but he definitely already has a presence down there. His rebounding and lob threat are also valuable, even as the current level he’s at.
If we can get 65+ games from LaMelo and Mark, we re-sign Bridges, Miller takes a small leap, and we add even a tiny bit of bench depth I think we’re back where we were at Borrego’s peak but with a brighter outlook.
