I’m a Blazer fan who has been following the Bucks since the Dame trade. I just don’t understand why any Bucks fan feels the need to shit on Jrue with posts like this. He helped bring the Bucks a chip and loved playing for you guys. I would think this space would be more supportive of him. There is nothing g to shit on him about he is about to bring a chip to Boston as a key player on the team. His +/- in the series as a whole is probably good…

Tatum’s -33 is much more significant to me, even though Jrue had the worst single game of his career (5 TO is insane). Tatum is supposed to be the franchise player and he played like complete dogshit the entire game.

The entire Celtics team laid an egg. I don’t expect them to lose game 5 at home, and no way the Mavs win 4 games in a row to beat this Celtics team.
I have criticized Jrue for past performances on the Bucks, but this loss was not his fault. He’s actually been playing great these finals, as he’s averaging 14/7/3 on 65 TS%, while playing fantastic defense. The biggest issue people need to be taking about is Tatum. Dude is the #1 option on the Celtics, and is averaging 20 ppg on 49 TS% and his team is still up 3-1 in the finals. Shows you how incredibly stacked this Celtics team is, if Tatum can play this bad and his team picks up the slack this much for him.
