is crazy that’s tough I’m glad it worked out for you but like to it on the lighter side like coming out of high school how much money you think you would have got off the nil even though they paid you now that’s true yeah how do you combat that like as far as like keeping them like obviously you talking to the young kids like hey I’m already at this level but how do you keep them ground obviously what you coaching with the kids like how do y’all keep them somewhat focused when it’s so easy to get lost with this [ __ ] uh me I just try to it’s so tough CU I never been in that position to make money in high school so I don’t even know how to navigate it for him like I can speak from like the NBA experience like try to do this try to do that like as far as like saving and stuff but like to get money at 17 18 I don’t I can’t help you cuz I don’t know what I would have did at 16 with a $500,000 I know what I did working at Meer with $500 yeah and that [ __ ] was gone them Jordans and forces was every weekend so I can’t even imagine what they doing how they feel hell yeah my opinion you gotta think about you gotta look at the parents too you gota look at you got to zoom in on how the household is like half these kids not even checking that account moms and dad or either just moms got that account he may be do his little thing but the parents mostly getting all the money then you got a crew you got you got his uncle uncle cousins few guys so he already getting trained to be in that mindset of taking care of the family already at 17 before you know he’ll be 22 23 po broke trying to play overseas trying to do what he got to do and nobody’s teaching them nothing because once the money’s gone they don’t tell you that everybody falls back your homie can fall back off you hold on the west coast UCLA Arizona Texas teams I can run um Yukon teams on the East Coast was Yukon St John’s I had a few but my grades wasn’t there so I had to really I had to really take my time and figure out like what team is really going to like help me like SC was coming through making sure I had the tutors making sure I had to get through what I had to get through okay salute taking care of they own way supposed to n facts bro and as I Ain put two and two together but you was at SC when SC football was yeah man yeah it was a dragut so we all was you know hell of a time to be on campus they took care of us they took good care of us at that school man I tell you shout out to that see man I went to the right school for me but I ain’t going to lie I wanted to go there though I was like that [ __ ] hard my dad was like wait no no way I know that was hard passing up on Yukon and Syracuse and St John’s and it was tough because you look at Yukon they had Stanley Robinson rest in peace Kelly Kurt Kelly was raw [ __ ] forget about him had um Hashim to be they had they had a lot of bigs and then you got that Grace pi when you waiting for the sign in and you waiting she was going to come to your house early in the morning on one of those days when the draft doing a little recruiting process and then you be like oh they don’t really like me like that they a show up so you see who’s really like all right I’m here I’m here for you yeah for sure for sure obviously going through the draft process got to ask how was that you know what I’m saying waiting your turn to USC and now you get your big turn in the league how was that and what was that first thing you went crazy on you know I’m saying you smart with your money but what was that first like I’m here now I’m about to performances in the garden you guys to see a lot of gou on this year close and personal JB went crazy this year how was that to see like the energy like back in New York like obviously they was decent like but this year to have the season ah had and to see him kill the way he killed like that energy back in the city I mean even though we went at him this year we still beat him but it was just dope and I’m seeing how they moov and I’m just like yo I want my son to be like him for real that’s hard compliment right there hell yeah and like speci and to see him playing kill and like to see his repor he has everybody it’s like you can’t do nothing but support you can’t do nothing but celebrated cuz he went crazy this year y lucky Jr wasn’t there bro get well soon King cuz Julius Renda was there y was getting sweat bro man that’s that’s one thing about that Nick team like I like when I got there like we we sucked so bad like people like we was terrible bro like we we just didn’t have it in order we had RJ we had we we just the city was just on us far as like just kicking us down they don’t understand the level of like how we really guys built that up and Julius was the main thing to get that joint going he need to get a lot more caise than what he got but everybody love you got to be a crazy mother lover to go to the next because you got to be built different that city is tough that city is tough and you just got to be you got to be molded in it that’s one thing about it it’s tough to play but once you get through those those Woos and eyes and and really figure it out it’s one of the best places to play man I ain’t going to hold you so know though I know we got to get up out here though what’s the dirtiest place in New York City what’s the dirtiest City damn the
