Just trade back…I like Clingan, he’s the only player in the draft that should actually start for us next year. There is no reason we should take him at #1.
Washington is drafting for upside, Rockets and Spurs best players are centers. Unless you think someone is trading up for him, he could easily trade back to 5 and he would be available.

But if you ask them why, they’ll have no idea what to say, because they haven’t read anything about Sarr other than him being the first talked about choice for the hawks when we won the lottery

I am not opposed to Clingan and have been warming up to him as of late but not at 1. If we stay at 1 Draft Sarr and be done with it. If Clingan is our guy trade back and get additional assets

I would not be upset drafting Clingan at 1. I would obviously prefer to trade down, but that’s no guarantee and you need two to tango. I feel like Sarr is the better prospect, but I do get the Clingan hype.
I would however be pretty pissed if we drafted Risacher #1
