The 76ers, Lakers, Celtics and Suns had top-4 draft picks in both 2016 and 2017. The Celtics were the only ones to still have those 2 players on their roster, and they were both the best picks of their respective drafts

Hindsight 20/20. Simmons was the no brainer pick in 2016. 2017 was an Ainge master class. He was the only one who identified Tatum as the best player in the draft.

I think sabonis was a better pick in 2016. JB did have a great playoff run this year but he has been bad in the postseason before and sabonis is on too of basically every advanced stat in that class.

This ownership group deserves everything bad to happen to them

Let’s keep it real, would both of them have turned into the players they are today had they been drafted by Philly?

Hey everyone let’s make sure that everyone knows the sixers didn’t draft championship players for the 30th time a day

Ben Simmons was the CLEAR number 1 choice and 9/10 times a player with his natural attributes is at least a multi year all star. Literally every GM but Ainge thought markelle was a home run and it’s also very weird that he didn’t pan out. The organization has made a huge number of bad moves since the process but it’s also been extremely unlucky (arguments of luck being a result of poor decision making compounding aside)
Oh this guy posted this to every one of the teams subs and r/nba lol. Get out of here 🤓

It’s culture too. If Celtics got Simmons and Fultz, those players might not have turned out the way they did. Conversely if we drafted Brown and Tatum, it’s likely they would have been good not great players and shipped off by now. Success starts in the management.

2 have won championships since then. 3 have been to the finals except for the 76ers

I don’t care what anyone says, Dragen Bender was a great dart throw in a weak class

This guy isn’t even a Sixers fan, and doesn’t realize we all already know this and hate Colangelo and his gang Alex Rucker, Ned Cohen, and Marc Eversley.
If they really want to hurt us, remind us of David Heller forcing the Sixers to trade Mikal Bridges on draft night.

Thanks I almost forgot about killing myself for a bit but you’ve set me on the right path once again! To Valhalla!
