Luka will get his ring one day, but now he just needs to focus on his defense. For the Mavs, they need a good scorer off the bench, to take that pressure off of Luka and Kyrie. Whether it's from a trade or free agency only time will tell, but the Mavs will be back in the Finals in the future.

He is so nice and generous about Kyrie, who has indeed been helpful in getting them to the finals, but he was an enormous disappointment in the finals, everybody knows that. And its not just Kyrie, most of the others were also incredibly anonymous. And on top of that, Luka clearly wasnt fit, and we all know that since the playoffs started. And all that aside they lost to a better team, a team with more options, a team thats more a team than Dallas because more players showed up.
Offensive maestro but he needs to work a LOT on defense. And no that does not just mean "body guys up and reach for steals," defense is about positioning, fundamentals, and reading the game. Someone with court vision as good as him has no reason he can't be good at it, just has to put in the work.
