Is This the Start of a Celtics Dynasty?

and just like that the season is over and the 2024 NBA championship goes to the Boston Celtics there are so many different questions and just overall things to talk about right now but the biggest thing that I want to go over is Jaylen Brown I talk about it a lot on this channel I feel like Jaylen Brown is one of the most disrespected superstars in the league he is never considered to be a superstar I mean I don’t think the guy even made all NBA this year yet here he is on top of the mountain with the finals MVP award he’s finally getting the respect he deserves it’s one thing to do what he did on the offensive end but to me the biggest factor that he provided in this series in the finals specifically was his defense on Luca donic I mean this guy would never let up it was one of the biggest reasons as to why Luca never really got things going and I know that sounds crazy considering Luca I think average like 30 in this series but trust me if it wasn’t Jaylen Brown out there that could have been even more I mean the guy was fantastic but then there’s also Jason Tatum I really want to keep this part of the video really light and just kind of fun and just know Express how happy I am for these guys in the team but I just have to say this one small thing because it’s already making me frustrated the fact that this man can go out here win a championship as arguably the one/ number two option whatever you think it is whole point being that he won the championship as a team whoever he is whatever role he plays but the fact that people are still saying oh go out there and win a championship as the finals MVP if you don’t shut your up this man is an NBA champion and I want to make a quick disclaimer here I am not a Boston Celtics fan I’m not a Jason Tatum fan I’m not you know a Jaylen Brown fan I don’t have their t-shirts I don’t have posters up on the wall I don’t do any of that okay but what I will say is when a team wins a championship even if it’s a team with fans as terrible as the Boston Celtics some some fans okay some fans you have to give them their respect and when I saw that I knew it was going to be frustrated I literally made a Tik Tok predicting that that was going to happen but moving Down the Line Drew holiday is another guy that I am just so happy for considering he got thrown out by the Milwaukee Bucks at a chance for Damen Lillard I’m not sure if a lot of people remember how heartbroken he was during that moment I’m pretty sure his wife even had like a statement out there saying this isn’t a business this is our life and so for him to come out that same year he got traded or the second year whatever it was and to win that second Championship must feel so good it was so enjoyable to watch I really hope the Bucks are seeing that and kind of kicking themselves a little bit I know they still have Damen Lillard but you know after seeing them get the first run exit and now through holiday win a championship it’s a little bit rough over there if I had to assume then there’s Al Horford I mean so many of these guys on this team I don’t think a lot of people understand kind of how many people on here deserve this like no doubt that Dallas Mavericks have a lot of players as well you know it’d be cool for someone like Daniel Gafford or PJ Washington to go from being on a bad team to win a championship that same year or whatever I feel like the Celtics team is just so much more of a team they actually drafted their star talent and overall that core that they have it feels a lot more like a family and so to see these guys win it’s just really special to see as for the game itself I’m going to go over a couple quick notes Here one of the ones that I have is that the Celtics are 40 And1 when shooting 40% from the three I guess they’re now 41 for one but it’s the same exact thing I was saying in my last video when they lost that game against the Mavericks I said they need to be shooting that ball more and even though they started this game not really shooting that much I mean Jaylen Brown was putting up some attempts that were just like what the are you doing they were finally able to knock them down as a team they didn’t need Tatum and Jaylen Brown to be the ones to Huck up the shots it was Derek white it was uh I’m sorry I’m blanking it was everyone on the team I’m I’m I’m blanking right now actually there is one person that I do know for a fact made 3 and that was Payton Pritchard who played a shocking minute 25 in this game and the only reason why he was in was to get this half court shot and he actually hit it this is one of the most hilarious things I think we’ll ever see in the finals I also want to say Chris STS porzingis not only does he deserve a bunch of flowers for even being in this game considering his injury should have had him out for 6 to 8 weeks when he was in this game he was a non-factor to be honest the majority of the time when he first got into the game the Mavericks were targeting him on offense so much using him on every screen and they were using him to attack I mean it was it was pretty bad but if you watch my last video I said that I wanted porzingis to be in this game to get rebounds because in that game they lost because they weren’t able to get their rebounds but in this Championship Game Chris as porzingis only had one rebound yet the Boston Celtics still outrebounded the Mavericks by 16 I mean Drew holiday had 11 of those rebounds by himself this game was pure effort they knew why they were here they did it back in the garden over on the Maverick side of things Kyrie Irving played rough today he usually plays rough in the Boston Garden and I’m pretty sure I heard someone say that Kyrie actually said himself that the names and the booing was getting to him every time he plays in Boston Garden and I’ll be honest I enjoy watching teams play in a hostile environment let me very quickly clarify that I don’t mean to be a complete douchebag like a lot of these Boston Celtics fans were tonight and throughout this entire series like when Kyrie was going for this loose ball he jumped into like the um broadcasting area and while he was on the ground in the front row stands there was a fan that said something to him and you hear Kyrie say back to him like shut the up or something like that that’s just so goddamn weird so when I say that I like seeing players play in hostile environments I just mean I enjoy the booze I enjoy the Kyrie sucks whatever it is whatever chant it is but there are so many times especially in Boston where things just go too far and it becomes very weird so yeah that being said we could tell Kyrie was struggling a lot with the way the crowd was acting in this game I know it looks like luga Don has played a great game as well he’s been doing this every single game of the series where he puts up 28 30 points whatever he did not play good at all okay I’m going saying right now his defense was lacking once again he didn’t play the good defense that he was playing in the last game his step back threes his three-point shot overall but most importantly a step back three considering that’s kind of his main move has been absent it’s been nowhere in the finals overall not in this game the finals overall today he shot a staggering two for nine let me see how many of these were step back threes real quick 1 2 3 4 five of those were step back threes he only ended up making one of them but when you look at Players like Kyrie and Luca I said it in every single one of my videos talking about this final series The Mavericks can only win this game on twos and the only way that they would win the game is if the Celtics aren’t shooting enough from three or just aren’t making enough shots from three that’s the reason why they won their last game was because the Boston Celtics barely shot at all and when they did they were missing everything whereas in this game they not only got their threes to kind of fall down but they were also easily able to get into the paint so now that the game is out of the way I do want to spend like an actual video talking about each one of these teams and where they’re going to go from here and how we feel about their future but with the Dallas Mavericks I’ve seen so many people say that they overachieved and they did they made it to a point that I don’t think anyone had them going even their fans no one thought they were going to be in the NBA Finals to see them beat teams like the Clippers the Thunder the Timberwolves I mean all these young teams besides the Clippers the Timberwolves and the Thunder are two teams that a lot of people wanted to see in the finals right they’re those young teams that everyone’s like oh man they’re the future of the league and the Dallas Mavericks came in this weird new team that added Talent Midway through the season Harry Irving that a lot of people rode off because of his experiences in Boston and Brooklyn to see them make it this far they deserve so much credit and I know people are only going to focus on the fact that Luca is now 0 and one in the finals or whatever it is I don’t care about any of that b the man made the NBA Finals but for the boss of Celtics this has to be so goddamn sweet all of the trade rumors between jayen brown Jason Tatum Jaylen Brown just signed that $300 million contract remember when everyone was saying that they should have traded him and not paid him that much money well look at the guy now seriously I know I said it before but I’m not a Boston Celtics fan but it makes me so happy just seeing them overcome such a big hill from losing the finals 2 years ago to then losing to the Miami hey in just a god awful year I mean they really deserve this I’m so happy to see them win this championship and it really does bring up the biggest question that I think we will see all off season and that’s will this be the next Dynasty in the NBA and I know everyone’s going to talk about their finals one being very easy but we’ve seen them face hard finals runs before now they have a taste of what it’s like to win a championship they’ve done it they’ve overcome that so I think even if they go up against one of the hardest paths in the NBA Finals they are more prepared than ever this seem is only going to get better Jason Tatum is still young believe it or not I feel like it’s almost impossible to say that a team is going to be a dynasty considering all the young amazing talent that we have in the league today but if I had to place a bet on what team would be the next Dynasty the Boston Celtics are taking my savings account that being said I want to take a quick moment to say thank you guys for watching my videos throughout the entire
