Honestly seem like multiple players are bidding to come to Orlando. Paolo has to be one of the most controversial stars in the NBA.
The media absolutely hates him/ disregards him, while players & most fans who watch basketball always give him his flowers.
Guy as a rookie was voted 8th by players and 8th by fans for All Stars. Victor had similar rankings but some people wouldn’t believe that Paolo was the unanimous ROY his first year.
I truly think players want to come to Orlando, not just for the culture and lifestyle (casual/family friendly) but because they want to make Orlando history and believe this team can do it. This team is on the cusps on being a contender, personally, I think this team should have been in the playoffs two years ago, and would have given Boston a fight this year if Mosley just played AB and Goga in their rightful starting spots. I have already seen articles linking Orlando as a contender that needs 1 more piece, not an up and coming team, but a contending team, and I think players see it. Once they fix the lineups and make some real moves, Orlando is a top 3 team in the East. Bring Back Mo, Draft Edey, and aim for a superstar guard in FA or trade market.
Remember Joe Ingles said he would play in Kissimmee if need be, but he isn’t going anywhere.
Probably/Most likely a joke but I have never heard a player say that before. It shows just how enticing current Orlando is.
