  1. Pretty sure that was a dream scenario of a few of us. We’d have to throw a lot of assets alongside BI to get Sengun.

Would probably need to include Herb to make them bite, but it’s not even worth it at that point

Sengun is a really good player who might become a great player but I don’t super understand why the Pelicans would want to make this trade, as it’s another player who is best with the ball in his hands, doesn’t shoot well from distance, and isn’t a rim protector. Sometimes pure talent can overcome (see Luka + Kyrie), but I think with Zion and Sengun the sum would be less than the parts.

Bro if we’d get Sengün I’d be absolutely hyped

That doesn’t come close to matching salaries- Ingram @. $36mil, Sengun at around $7mil. It’s just an unrealistic hypothetical thrown out there for page clicks.

  6. I think a Sengun/Zion team would be extremely fun and probably drive Willie insane. Plus it accomplishes my main objective of getting Trey into the starting line-up. One thing from the play-offs I saw a lot of was wings defending the other teams centers. For example, we saw Tatum guarding Lively a lot to prevent Horford/Porzingis from having to be involved in those actions. If Tatum were to try to match-up with Sengun, Sengun is dropping 40/20/15.

Nah Sengun is really young and had a great season. Houston got a good one with him you would actually need to give a lot more than BI to acquire him.
