franchise record a buck Legend the man of [Applause] Milwaukee you know we had one pick coming into the draft the last pick in the draft and we’ve worked really hard to try to generate some options for the team and and had some Youth and athleticism take Jackson we’re going to take you man Andre Jackson Jr probably one of the best moments of my life kidding me great job no I was really hyped because I mean this was my best interview and I really had a good connection with all the coaching staff in the front office in my interview just made me feel like you guys really like wanted me to be a part uh nobody would do that and go out of their way to make me a part of the team if they didn’t believe that I could help them and bring some value it really means the world to me and I’m super appreciative with the 58th pick the milwauke Bucks select Chris Livingston from the University of Kentucky anding into this moment you know just hearing my name called seeing my name on the board being able to grab the Hat I think it was really really exciting moment and I’m just you know knows as happy as you know going through that my name is Andre Jackson Jr and this is Chris Livingston and we’re here playing the heads up challenge uh the big dude I tried to dunk on today the goal for the team for the Sumer league is to win the championship personal goal win the championship team goal win the championship so we’re going in we’re going to be locked in we’re looking forward to um to playing in Vegas that was going to be good play together 3 2 3 and mighty it’s Taco Tuesday giving the people what they want screw it up the crowd pleasing ham home by Tyler cook uh summer leag was a great experience going out there and playing my first minutes on the NBA floor with NBA guys and it was high level competition Jackson well he understands his role Embraces and champions that nicer rejection by Andre Jackson and Jackson just blocked him again there is a steal from Chris livson look out stops it with two hands livson with the Up and Under finishes it’s been the best year of my life by far and I’m just grateful and thankful that I’m even in this position I couldn’t be more happy with [Music] I just got home from training at this point I’m thinking I might not get traded before training camp I open my phone up I’m like man let me look on Instagram right quick so they post a picture of me and Yiannis I thought it was speculation but as I was like sliding down to like click on like the rest of the caption my agent called me they traded you to Milwaukee and I was like really and he was like yeah you going to [Music] Milwaukee so just landing on the plane and coming into that welcome rally it was like a you know that you know I’m wanted here it’s a great situation for me and it’s where I should be going you know it’s what I should be doing I’m excited I feel like this is this is where I’m supposed to be right [Music] now it’s lard he got the shut [Music] up Damen lard yeah that’s what he’s saying it’s game time that’s right it’s game [Music] time this was the time for this like I’m I’m ready for this moment now like this is when it was supposed to happen starting to away but this is just the beginning you know and hopefully we can win another championship and even solidify that like we have a great City great culture we win championship like this is the place to be right now when I got here there wasn’t much Buzz around basketball that’s one thing I’m proud to see over the years the buzz and the energy that you know people have when they speak about the bus but now guys want to be a part of this because they feel a special I’m honored to play in the inaugural inseason tournament the inaugural inseason tournament to chase for the championship and some cash and the first of four group games oh look at that D lard from distance this looks it off to D second try to identify like the most where I can assert myself right here or I can kind of Step Up right here J third three-pointer Rings it up you guys get your first inseason tournament win what’s the experience been like so far playing in the tournament game it’s weird because the energy you can tell it’s like something is happening but it’s new so I’m not really sure what the hell is going on like what some Milwaukee Bucks made in the Charlotte Hornets For the First Time of the Season and it presents the second inseason Tournament game h doesn’t waste any time spin move in for two picking up some speed and flushes it home like you could just see that coming he’s got nine you don’t want to try to embarrass teams or whatever it might come down to that and uh that’s part of the tournament and everybody’s aware of it so we got to do what we had to do but loses it is that a pass to pece exactly the way they drew it up Entre ax School them ax that’s tough 130 to 9 99 your final the Bucks head home to take on Dallas tomorrow night I think it’s tough to beat any NBA team twice in a week right T it in becomes a little playoff like teams are going to have nice you going to have dog fights like this sometimes and in added home game here tonight is the inseason tournament quarterfinals and look who we meet again the New York Knicks and the Milwaukee Bucks actually meet for the second time this season and the second time in the inseason tournament it’s Chris Tana it’s like peanut butter and jelly between those two I really like how we are we starting to learn each other I think now it’s just starting to get a little more smooth know there’s guys that come along that randomly go out there and score 50 then there’s guys who the other team is trying to stop you know and they game plan for you and they they’re there the whole time so I think that makes it more impressive just how he was just going and going and going and going it’s looking like he just going to score every time he play p straight away count the bucket and he’s off in running for the laying on the right side make it 45 points for Yannis Yannis again right side count the Pucket he’s on one tonight 51 points he knows it his eighth regular season 50o game coach Griff told me like two points away from the franchise record and I told him like coach I’m good he’s like no you’re two points away from the franchise record could get it I was like okay [Music] [Applause] [Music] great 90 seconds left to play here Comes jannis 59 points 61 for Yannis a screen from Brooke jannis in and out triple off the class counted a new career high and taken away Yannis isn’t this fitting hello history 64 four points for Giannis maybe the first time in his career and the first time in franchise history a new franchise record yanis aopo with his fingerprints all over and giving us a night that we’ve never seen before man unbelievable man [Music] 64 no no no no no no what’s that what get out there get come on together on three 1 2 [Music] 3 good job I saw you made that nice okay okay now you got to do this now you got to hold it up and Sim me you like Milwaukee I love it I love it all right 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 I won I got 7 all right 7 37 I got me and him yeah I’ll do it it’s like this we played wheelchair basketball before in college there was like pros though like we played against them and I’m going out of control I show up thinking it’s just going to be we’ll shoot some shots wheel around and they’re coming up like setting screens on us pushing in transition like killing us there we go it’s all har it’s a lot different so it’s actually super hard but it’s fun it’s super fun behind the back pass there it is man it means a lot man especially like pressable food item so you know to families here in Wisconsin man you know obviously partnering with feeding America has been a great partnership with me over the last two seasons and just all the things that they do just to put smiles on others faces my love putting smiles on others faces uh kind of just does something to me eternally uh something that you really can’t put in words getting a little help along the way can go a long way I probably don’t know [Music] [Music] the Make A Wish Foundation of Wisconsin granting about 400 wishes every year they’re getting an assist on one from the Milwaukee box box on three 1 2 3 [Applause]
