  1. just went through all 5 stages of grief. He’s gonna tear it up in OKC

  2. If there is anyone that has represented Chicago, during this era, it is undoubtedly Caruso. DeMar is a good 2nd, but Caruso is just cut from a different cloth. It sucks that there wasn’t any team accomplishments, for his hard work, but [he reminded me why I love basketball](https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/s/qGMW26G0ov)

  3. I remember when we signed him I thought “lol we got the meme guy. Will he even be any good when he’s not next to Lebron?” and then during his first regular season game here he became my favorite player on the team.

He’s in the Taj Gibson tier of Bulls who may not have been the most talented players we’ve ever had but will always be beloved here.

So sick of this FO man. This better be the start of a full rebuild because Caruso contributed to winning more than any other player. We traded him for another Guard who can’t shoot 3s. Fuck’s sake.

Glad Caruso is going to a playoffs team because watching him grind his body into dust for the 9th seed was rough.

Literally tuned in to watch him most of last season.

I am sooooo sad we’re letting him go. I will continue to support this man wherever he goes. He has so much heart and pride and you don’t see that in a lot of players anymore. Thank you for everything AC ❤️🖤

Boston: Wins a championship with several really really good two-way players.

Chicago: Let’s trade arguably one of our best two-way players for a guy who is terrible at defense and can’t shoot threes…

  9. nothing but respect for my man AC. a fan favorite hustler who would run through a brick wall for his team. he sees the court like neo in the matrix. I wish him all the best in OKC, he’s gonna thrive there.

While the vuc trade was necessary for demar from rumors, a team consisting of Ball, Demar, Lavine, Caruso + promising young guys in P will, Coby, and Ayo would have done well if we had more flexibility without vuc. Imo he was what doomed us not maxing lavine. You can’t be successful without good defense/efficient scoring from your 4-5 spot in today’s game.

  11. Our front office is completely inept. There is no way a competent basketball mind would ever think this was a good idea! We got shafted

Your energy on the defense and ability to read plays to disrupt was incredible. Stay healthy out there hope to see you play meaningful May games.

  13. Glad to witness Caruso, happy he’s on a playoff team
