The Lakers Just Ruined JJ Redick’s Career

they actually did it they seriously signed JJ reick as their new head coach for 4 years that is insane this news just broke like minutes ago and I already have so many different opinions on it partly because we have been getting blueballed with the idea that JJ reick was going to be the head coach of the Lakers but when I scroll through and see Lakers fans actually celebrating this signing it blows my mind how could you think this is going to be good for your team I feel like the average Laker fan or I guess NBA fan overall will see that JJ has a podcast with LeBron James and see how good they work together and see how JJ runs these plays on this little whiteboard and they will see that as a reason for JJ reick to be a good head coach they think that that means the chemistry is going to be great between the two which I’m sure it will be but this goes a lot deeper than just JJ reic being a good analyst or being a good podcaster I mean this is seriously insane and I kind of want to start off with like an assumption as to how I think this season is going to now go for the Lakers I have a very strong feeling we’re going to see them struggle because well the team is complete ass and a lot of the blame from the Lakers fans and even maybe players will be on JJ reck is anyone surprised that that’s how I think the season is going to go I don’t think so I think that’s actually how a majority of people feel this season is going to go it’s just so weird to me that someone so close to LeBron was signed on as the head coach and I’m not even saying that it was LeBron to make this call I think it was seriously the Lakers management who saw that LeBron was close to JJ and wanted to do anything in their power to keep LeBron on in La so they said you know what let’s go sign his best friend JJ reck on a deal and they were hesitant to do so I mean there were moments where we thought they were going to sign them they went out for uh Dan Hurley I’m pretty sure is his name as well they wanted anyone else but JJ reck but he was the only person to available so they had to go out and get him apparently I mean seriously this is the craziest thing ever I cannot wait to see how this season plays out for the LA Lakers their team like I said before is bad their star power is LeBron and AD obviously but LeBron is 40 years old and Anthony Davis he had a good season last year I can’t really knock him for anything but then you start falling to ass you have Austin Reeves who in my opinion is overhyped and I’m sorry I’m not trying to make this sound like a Lakers hate video but this is just the truth of the organization I’m not ESPN I’m not Sports Center I’m not TNT I’m not going to sit here and just dick suck this franchise their team is God awful but anyways you have Austin Reeves ruy haimura you have D’Angelo Russell I guess like I don’t know what they expect this team to do this head office is settling for mediocracy and it is so godamn clear not to mention we don’t even know if LeBron is going to stay in La I mean I’m sure he’s going to considering they’re probably going to take bronny with their 50th whatever overall pick which is just even more of like what the why would you do I mean what has this franchise turned to it’s so goddamn clear what’s coming for this team and you know what maybe I’m wrong let me be a little bit optimistic here maybe I am wrong in saying that JJ reck will be a bad coach maybe he will be a great coach but he won’t be a great coach for the LA Lakers I remember there being some talks about JJ possibly getting the Detroit Pistons job considering they just fired Monty Williams like yesterday that job would have been so much better and I know that he would have been coaching a worse team but I think that’s kind of what’s best for a new head coach also the fact that he wouldn’t be under media scrutiny like every five minutes the media is going to eat this man alive and I am so interested in seeing how it’s going to play out I mean if he took that Pistons job it would have been really chill it would have been known as like a rebuilding chance you know he got to get some coaching experience we can see how he handles all this young Talent whatever but man they just threw him into the deep end right away it is actually crazy like I said at the intro all of this just happened so I’m trying to get kind of as much info as I can right now to put into this video one of the questions I do have is like is JJ reick going to be known as kind of like LeBron’s like if LeBron wants something is JJ reick just going to like voice that to the team in a way because JJ reic doesn’t really seem like that kind of guy but we’ve seen LeBron like take over the coaching job for a game and I wonder if that’s going to kind of be a thing if we’re going to see LeBron not really be a player coach but more of like a player assistant coach I mean this has raised so many different questions that I am so excited to see how everything just turns out I I mean I cannot wait that being said everyone please save the receipts of Lakers fans hyping up this JJ reic signing because I guarantee you one month into the season they will be treating this man exactly how they treated Darin ham they’re going to be calling for his name to be fired they’re going to be slam pandering his ass and he’s never going to get a coaching job ever again I’m convinced that’s how this is going to turn out if it doesn’t turn out like that then I will give everyone who subscribes $11,000 be sure to like subscribe comment down below your
