I actually enjoyed his time. I respect that the team was basically like Beasley has to get cooked on defense all day but in return as soon as the ball touches his hand he can launch it.

If it’s true, good luck to him. Obviously he has flaws, but for what his role is/was I thought he was awesome. That’s awesome factoring in what his talent level is, the bargain deal he came in on, and what he was asked to do(punching above his weight on defense).
I believe his overall stats evened out and became pretty similar to Grayson, PatC, Donte, and others. But to me personally, he felt like more of a threat on catch and shoot opportunities than other players that have filled that role in recent Bucks teams. Especially earlier in the season when the world was burning. His shooting kept the offense scoring even when things weren’t running super smoothly. His release is so fast that it demanded attention from defenses. Sometimes the threat of a role player hitting a shot can affect defenses just as much as hitting a shot.

I’ll miss the shimmy but that’s alright.

I wonder of we go away from the normal status quo of having a shooter in that slot and just start AJax, if not we could just plug in Green. Curious to see if they try get anyone or are content with those two.

Good
He was complete ass in the playoffs besides game 5

Seemed like a good guy and he outplayed his minimum contract. He’ll get paid more than Milwaukee can offer somewhere else. I wish him luck.

Was actually one of my favorite players last year. Dude would get cooked quarters 1-3, but would make some great defensive plays in the 4th to spark a run. Can’t say he didn’t try.

He played his last game before the all star break man

I thought his on ball defense was suspect but he continuously played passing lanes pretty well. I remember a lot of games where he would get a steal off of some early rotation. He was what we needed when we had Jrue as the 1. I hope he gets paid and would love to have him on the bench next year but he’s earned a bigger contract IMO.

Bye Beas 🥺🕊️

Beasley was a good signing who was originally thought of on a pre-Dame team. As soon as Dame came over, it didn’t make sense. Despite that, he accepted his role and played hard.
Good luck to him.
