He’s gonna show KP clips of this next year whenever he inevitably tweaks his knee.
I was at WVU the same time as Mazzulla. One year he’s out for the season with shoulder surgery or something (I just remember he was always in a sling) and we get game day vs. Louisville. Game day is early in the morning for basketball too. Everyone camps out on the sidewalk around the arena the night before, it’s essentially a line but people have tents and what not.
Middle of the night Mazzulla and friends show up absolutely hammered, from my understanding (admittedly I was further back in line) he was trying to hype people up and it was misconstrued as the doors were opening or something. Basically started a stampede with people all rushing forward. People were getting trampled in tents and when the dust settled there were people who had been at the front of the line suddenly far back and new faces at the front. Also because the influx pushed every to be nut to butt we all ended up having to stand for like 4 more hours. That said, I may have ended up considerably further to the front of the line than when I started… ahem.

Was on the team driving the media in the truck in front of Mazzullas boat. We were wondering why they kept stopping and slowing down, disrupting the flow of the other boats and state police.
