I’d want this guy – very athletic, strong, can jump and can beat guys off the dribble a bit. Reminds me of Amare Stoudemire a bit. I think he won’t be there at 19 though.

Can anyone here speak to why is defensive rating is so bad? The guy is huge. Usually the defensive rating is better for athletic bigs. What am I missing here? Also, do we have any sense of his drive? My worry is that a big guy who has thrived for years off of his athleticism might actually not be a good NBA player, given the stiff competition.

Missi’s 7’2 wingspan is alright but less than Poeltl, Koloko, Scottie Barnes, Siakam, Boucher, OG …. so … its hard to see Masai picking this guy when, for example, Klel Ware at 7’4.5 has a longer wingspan than all. He is more likely target under this management.
