We had the talent to be a 50+ win team and make a playoff run last year, Darvin Ham held us down with his lack of playcalling and terrible game management. We could keep the entire scheme, but if JJ can run plays more consistently and handle timeouts better than Ham (very low bar) then we can and will be better than last season. I still believe this team can contend as long as Lebron is still elite.

What about our defense? We were missing our best perimeter defenders all-season long. I felt like some of the games we lost like against the Kings and Mavs could have been won if we had Vincent/Vando there to help slow down Kyrie/Luka/Fox
