CELTICS ARE NBA CHAMPIONS ๐Ÿ†

all right so congrats to the Boston Celtics on winning the 2024 NBA title there’s so much to talk about so let’s just get into it I mean off the bat Payton Pritchard clearly robbed a finals MVP on a real note though I do think Jason Tatum was robbed like shout out to jayen Brown he was great but Tatum was pretty clearly their best player all series long people loved to overrate scoring all the debate shows are going to start talking about oh what does this do for Tatum’s current ranking among Superstar I don’t really care I think the more interesting question question is where does Tatum now rank among alltime Celtics what I do want to pump the breaks on a little bit though is this one of the greatest teams in NBA history these guys are good I’m not there though I think for Luca and the Mavs this is his LeBron in 2007 clearly overmatched by a much better team clearly also has work to do on his own game but trust me he’ll be back congrats to the Celtics who are now the winningest team in NBA history

  1. Luka wonโ€™t be back, Dallas blew their chance. Their team is maxed out and donโ€™t have any way to really improve the roster. Meanwhile okc has more flexibility than almost any team in the league and was still a weak foul call away from game 7 on their home floor. Okc rules the west starting next year

  2. I have no idea why you said that Payton Pritchard and Jayson Tatum were robbed when you didnโ€™t mention the goat himself Jordan Walsh

  3. to say tatum was better than brown i think is discrediting brown. they were on par most of the series and not to mention tatum had his lil corny ass โ€œi wanna be iconicโ€ ahh lines he was saying so i donโ€™t blame them for not giving him fmvp

  4. 2 things:

    1. Tatum wasnt robbed. He had good offensive production in the last 2 games, but was really falling short in the first 3. Jaylen was clutch. He was there when they needed him. He put up good assist and rebound numbers and, most importantly, he shut down Luka as well as anyone could.

    2. Luka wont be back, and it will be with a different team if he is. I simply can't see Luka winning in Dallas. He's going to be this generations Harden, with a bit less of a diva personality. If he ever wins it will be as a 1b option. I simply cannot see him winning as the focal point.

  5. Brown was easily better. Iโ€™m convinced you donโ€™t watch the games. Whenever brown started taking over, the Celtics started to take over. Not with Tatum.

  6. lol with those stats didnโ€™t you include the game 5 where Tatum was making buckets when the game was already won tho that be inflating the stats ๐Ÿ˜‚ but fr I think Brown played a more consistent series and better defense and you canโ€™t go wrong giving it to either of those guys

  7. Mavs in 9

  8. Brown was huge in the clutch moments in games 1-3. He made the most impactful plays at the most meaningful moments. Plus his defense on Luka, and his efficiency. Tatum was better in game 5, but by that point the series was most likely over, as no team has ever come back 0-3 in the playoffs.
