I think the worst part of the Monty Williams Pistons hire is that uh The Vibes were horrendous from the jump you know how there are certain bad head coaches where they have one season but there’s something to look up to Monty Williams was never that we could look at a similar situation in Detroit with Dan Campbell while Dan Campbell and the Detroit Lions at first they weren’t good at least Dan Campbell was giving something inspiring during press conferences Monty Williams never really did that he always seemed to have just low energy and he didn’t really seem to be able to to Galvanize this young Squad and frankly with this organization I am absolutely surprised that we let him go considering how much money we put into him that meant that Tom Gores himself ate the cost and he made the decision to get rid of Monty Williams like he signed off on it but this is a good sign for the Pistons they can start fresh no Troy Weaver no Monty Williams you still have a lot of potential Talent on this roster I just hope that they do all the right things
