they just have I mean Lang it’s it’s an uphill battle and it starts with your preparation for the draft and and trying to nail the draft and what people say it’s not a great draft with deep with talent but I’m not going to buy that because there’s there’s talent in every draft there is talent and you have to find it and you have to I don’t know if he’s got to have his philosophy right now of what he wants you know like what what Brad Holmes does when he and you know he and Dan Campbell are at the hip those guys they can complete each sentences you know from day one they could yeah they were in lock step with what they wanted to do I don’t know if if langan’s going to be that way with whomever he hires as a coach but hopefully they hire somebody quickly and they can be in lock step you know but are they just trying to at this point gather talent and gather people that fit what they want to do or are they just or are they going to take the best player in the draft and try to fit them in later I don’t know which is the best route to go because it seemed like they accumulated plenty of talent over the last several years but they didn’t fit together no so you have to find that mix of talent and fit which is not going to be easy to do and and they have had misstep after misstep after misstep with their their draft choices over the years guys were good but guys didn’t fit and then they had I I was telling you during the break you know you had a situation where you draft Andre Drummond and Chris Middleton in 2012 with your first two picks mhm that’s pretty good to start off right there you file that up the next season with kavus calwell Pope great three-point shooter the next year you draft Spencer Den witty four players right off the bat that have allar capabilities this team should have been set up and they weren’t then they start trading guys away and chasing it this way and chasing it that way you miss step with a Stanley Johnson pick uh you you you trade for uh you know for players that just it’s not going to work out here great oh we we saw a playoff appearance one year but I mean it just they got to have the right identity for what they want for the team I I hope he’s the next Brad Holmes I hope he has that kind of fire inside and and that kind of vision that makes sense and that he’s got a coach that’s going to walk with him and it all makes sense we need to find basketball players whatever that is we need to find dogs guys that want to play aggressively defensively and stop you from scoring we got to find guys want to fly down the court and and put the ball in hoop I it’s not easy to do it is not 2485 3997 97 [Music]

Let Casey coach after a meeting letting him know this is just so we can take our time finding a coach and not have to dig at the bottom of the barrel. It could be someone in the NBA or NCAA and we just sit back and wait for the coach we want, then get him.
