Get ready to learn Chinese (menu items), buddy.

He’d get a ton of minutes here from day 1. See some franz wagner in his game with how he can do a bit of everything

  3. Wouldn’t be the most exciting pick at 19 (even though he could easily be taken before 19 anyway), but he’d fit right in with the starters.

He’d be a contributor on day 1 and likely be part of our next winning formula.

I’m honestly surprised the FO hasn’t drafted any major European prospects in the past few drafts, granted the team’s lack of draft capital may play into that. I imagine Masai and Bobby see guys like Giannis and Jokic, and can see the direction the league is going.

I feel like that assessment of Toronto is a default statement that doesn’t say much other than what they’ve been told.

  6. A safe pick, but not a bad one. He’s one of the few guys in this draft that feel like you can expect them to be regular rotation guys in their rookie season. He’s a multi-talented guy, just not amazing at any of them. Not likely to be a star or anything, at least not from what we see right now, but has potential to be a part of the starting lineup.

  7. He does not measure well on Peltons stats list. I’d rather go with more youth and upside. 103 on his stats projection. Keyshawn George is 8th. I’d take George

A senior who does measure well (other than Edey of course) is Jalen Bridges, 10th on the stats projection as a 3 and D guy.

Generally not a big fan of drafting low ceiling seniors. *However*, given the state of this draft, and where we’re picking, I wouldn’t revolt.

He does look very slow from the footage I’ve seen of him. Anybody have a good scouting report of him?
