    I wonder if this will be a Hardaway plus a pick to Detroit and that is it.

    They have the cap space to absorb Tim as it stands with Flynn and Wiseman expiring and unlikely to return.

    Detroit has a lot of young talent. With Monty gone and a couple veterans I could see a Houston like resurgence where they’re knocking at the door of the play in. Maybe even getting in since they’re in the East.

    And yes, “knocking at the door of the play in” isn’t particularly successful… but compared to this year?

    It’s what a competent front office would do.
