Obviously. I don’t know why everybody is making such a big deal out of this. His representation don’t want him here because they want what’s best for his brand. He won’t be getting the typical touches and opportunities a number 1 pick would normally get here. It makes sense that they’re trying to push him to team that’s much more of blank slate and will give him the freedom to do whatever he wants with the ball in his hands. Even if the media, scouts, fans, etc. are down on this draft obviously Sarr and his people see him as a typical number 1 and want him to featured like a typical number 1. But there’s no way that’s going stop him from coming here or anywhere else. We gotta stop taking things so personal. I’ll acknowledge that our team and city aren’t well respected as a sports destination but not everyone is out to hate on us.

I think is pretty well known but Alex Sarr is fine playing for Atlanta, it’s his agents. They want to go to DC for a lot of reasons, mainly he can be the primary 4 and control more of the offense.
If we take Sarr he’ll suit up for us just fine. Like Steph did for GSW and Tatum with Boston.
