[Woj] The Knicks are still determined to keep OG Anunoby in free agency, sources tell ESPN, but the ability to resign center Isaiah Hartenstein becomes more difficult now. The Knicks are loading up on wings to match up with the NBA champion Boston Celtics

Great trade for the Knicks. Two of the best wing defenders in the league to help manage JT and JB

With the Knicks increasingly growing unlikely to resign Hartenstein, I would really like to see the Raptors make a move on him during the free agency, given our lack of depth at the 5

  3. That’s definitely what they’re pitching to OG. Championship contention. It’s up to him what he wants. He’ll get paid regardless. But will he want more.

If they keep OG I can see Knicks going all the way. That is a killer team

It’s funny because a year ago people were talking about how great of a player Mitchell Robinson is an how he’s going to be their starting C for years to come, and with Hartenstein playing so well it’s interesting to see how quickly things change. I still think Robinson is a solid starting C and it makes me wonder if Hartenstein wants to share the lineup with him, because he might get limited minutes next season if Robinson is healthy. Knicks have two really good C’s right now, do they want to keep both of them?

I like the idea of trading Poeltl and looking to sign Hartenstein, who I think would like the idea of joining a team with two of his former teammates and friends in a lineup where he would get large minutes at the 5.
