Basically we could swap our picks with Houston if it was better for us, so Houston could have their own pick or our pick (it’d most likely be ours, since they should be worse and pick before us for awhile) but Houston has the choice to swap the pick they have (ours or their own at the time) with Brooklyn, but now they gave Brooklyn back their picks, so they can’t choose to swap anymore, they just get the worst pick of the 2 between us and them lol

OKC holds a swap on Houston’s pick, Houston holds a swap on Brooklyn’s pick. In theory, OKC gets the best of OKC/HOU, BK gets the worst of OKC/HOU/BK, HOU gets what’s left over. But Houston is dropping the BK swap, so OKC just gets the better of their own or Houston’s pick
