Rafael Stone on Reed Sheppard: “At the end of our process, we ended up with Reed as the best player in the draft, by quite a bit.” “He was kind of the only guy that we were really focused on. If he hadn’t got to us, we probably would’ve traded down or out of the draft.”

What else he’s going to say? “we really made à MISTAKE we turned in the wrong card. A MISTAKE by à MEMBER OF our Staff, to WHOM were FIRED. it’s just an UNFORTUNATE situation that shouldn’t be repeated. We will move on,, and try to make the Best of it. Hopefully REED SHEPPARD IS at an adéquate player. He can lead our “3rd TEAM”, give that unit some pop”!!!

The first game this dude comes off the bench to go 6 for 6 from 3 all of r/nba is going to be asking why he didn’t go first overall.

I can’t wait to watch that second unit with Tari, Amen, Cam, and Shep just shut down offenses and drop buckets.

    ok Stone.

You and I are on the same page. Now don’t go do anything rash like trade for KD.

They definitely made it seem like they weren’t interested in Sheppard despite him projecting the best and being an absolute perfect fit in Houston.

I think the Hawks and Wizards are really going to look at this draft with regret

  5. Our FO is so f-in good. Sheppard was so clearly the best player. Yet ATL and WAS totally flubbed it. I had no doubt they’d make the right call if it was there

at least stone can still be trusted when it comes to drafting
