I’ve said it before, but I think the second round should be a week after the first round, and the NBA should hold a 3 to 5 day workout like a second combine for the best prospects remaining. It would make for great TV.

Draft should be shorter. You don’t need 10mins to make a pick/trade. Both rounds should be done in the 3 hours. Everything is about greed and sucking out every possible dollar.
Only invite consensus top 10, maybe 15 picks.
