I'm all for KCP leaving, people are tripping if they think KCP was the difference maker that CB can't be.
Please explain how Holmes is different from Zeke Nnaji. Wasn’t the point of extending Nnaji through 27-28 that he was supposed to be the guy you now say Holmes can become. And now we have Holmes on the team with Nnaji, and Nnaji’s lackadaisical attitude and refusal to work hard to make himself into the player they expected him to be. There’s a good chance Nnaji, as now the veteran, “takes Holmes under his wing” and infects Holmes with the “just get paid, but don’t put yourself out too much” attitude that came from Vonleh and Bates-Diop.

FUCK! You guys actually have a backup Center now, this sucks. Rockets fan here. I actually didn't like most of the bigs in this draft, but I DID like Holmes II.
What they supposed to do?? Nuggets can go ahead and try to match but if the other teams just offer more money, he’s chasing the bag. He’s not gonna stay for his option if he’s got 30ms in his face. It would suck to lose him but the point of being in the NBA is to play like it. Someone will step up
This draft pick will not help Denver win a championship…Malone doesn’t play rookies either. If they lose KCP…they’re not gonna be title contenders anymore…Joke franchise..Calvin is clueless…
Even if we sign him to then just use him as trade fodder- we have to get him. We have traded away every asset at this point.
