LOL people on this sub are going to be so pissed

Edit: Also with us picking 3 players in this draft, I think this might signal a trade possibly happening soon

  2. Razzmatazz_Potential

Somebody explain his play type and player comp

  3. Yodudewhatsupmanbruh

That’s great and all but can we get another guard. I really think our guard and forward play is lacking.

  4. Headlesshorsman02

Lmao 🤣 Presti finna make this fanbase implode

  5. Lmao after a search surprise surprise another guard

  6. RussellWestbroker

Brooo i wanted us to get Bobi Klintman, instead he landed in Detroit. Waste of talent lmao

  8. SpideyPoke92

Well, the Blue are going back-to-back at least

  9. KingkingKingkiller

Sam vecinie dropped a vid and interviewed this guy and compared him to Brunson. Go watch it. His YouTube is called game theory podcast

  10. carvemynuts

Presti grinding out Guards looking who’s gonna survive in the end lol

  11. TheSherlockOhms

Why are we drafting so many guards? Presti has a vision but none of us can see it.

  12. I wasn’t convinced we’d find a solid role player year one at 12, I’m certainly not going to pretend we could have found that in the second round at 38. Drafting BPA is the way to go, especially when we have plenty of cap space to add pieces at other spots in free agency.

Damn, Presti said at the post-season presser that he thought he thought the Mavs being a better passing team is part of why they won and he’s making sure that won’t happen again with these picks.

  14. If Presti really is targeting Hartenstein in free agency, it doesn’t make a ton of sense to take a forward who’s not ready to contribute at a high level in the draft. You should want your big play behind Chet to be NBA level.

Edit: especially if you plan on competing for a championship

  15. Probably one of the best Guards available in the 2nd round

    But at the same time…

    ANOTHER GUARD?

  16. Maybe all these guards speaks about the long term future of the likes of Joe and Wiggins?

  17. Dry-Comfortable-3712

yea this was a shit pick. we have no forwards and no back up center what are we doing

  18. Did people seriously think we’d find a do-it-all big man at 38 in this draft…?

  19. swaggyduck0121

can they stop ignoring the teams needs lol? So tired of Presti ignoring our major weakness

  20. royalewlthcheese

I wish I was as optimistic as some of you. How can you justify THIS many guards lmao

I don’t mind the topic pick as he can be a solid contributor off the bench when he is healthy but man can we get a big please. And if there’s no good ones just trade the picks. What are we moving up in the draft for if it’s just to get another guard

  21. IDespiseFatties

The year is 2039. Every player on OKC is a guard. OKC has won 10 rings in a row. No one knows how this happened. Sam Presti is laughing.

  22. blacksoxing

Presti goin’ get dem picks to pick dem guards.

  23. Pilgrims-to-Nowhere

I doubt Presti is doing this just to do it. We know that he has a position-less vision, but this is a little much. This feels like he’s stockpiling assets because he’s going to be offloading a bunch of players before the season starts.

There’s got to be a plan, because I just can’t see all the coaches and other team personnel agreeing with rolling out Chet to battle every opposing big next season with JDub as his rebounding sidekick in the paint and JWill as his backup. Maybe Ous has leveled up in the last six weeks and is ready to start at the 4? I don’t know. I’m not panicked, but this does feel a little bizarre.

  24. lockett1234

Not my job to stress about the picks, so I won’t.

  25. Fun-Kiwi2340

i mean i’m from Belgium so i’m hyped. he’s 6’5 aswell but yeah we don’t rlly need another guard. otherwise its a great steal

  26. Business_Height8412

Guys Guys Guys, we still have the 52nd pick, who do you think Presti will draft 😉

  27. Business_Height8412

Oh boy I hope he picks another guard. Maybe he’ll draft 6 foot Boogie Ellis 🤞
