The minuses are pretty minimal for a late 2nd round pick. I suppose age is one they didn’t list, but I don’t think for the warriors situation him being older is a big negative.

Hey everybody, we got ourselves an 84″!!

  3. MiroTheFool

So a 7 footer that can drain 3s and ‘reliably defend’ the interior? if thats truly the case then he would be a great addition, even if he’s a rookie.

  4. Vallerie_09

If he can shoot like Dario, he’ll already be a major upgrade over him. Plus, vet min bigs market is cooked anyways

  5. Slevgrared

It looks as though we made a strong move here!

    A great day for MJD?

We will see, but it’s looking good so far!

  6. YSLMangoManiac

Why did he drop? 7 ft, can shoot, can protect rim, and make basic passes out the post. What more could you want?

  7. Barais_21

17 pts PPG, 43% 3P% at 7’0?! Yeah, we got a good one

there’s certainly something they’re not saying in there, they make him sound like a lottery pick. Uber tall, coordinated, can shoot and he’s also a plus defender? Come on

  9. Thrillawill

A 7’0 center who’s well coordinated and is capable of running dribble handoffs and blocking shots without fouling? Already a better player and fit then Wiseman.

Hey just want to clarify did they just trade him to Lindy Waters?

  11. HighAspectRatio

Getting Bronny would work to lure Bron joining us in the future? Serious question

  12. How does a 7 foot stretch 5 fall to 52th unless there’s some big negatives on him? If he can be serviceable playing 10-15 minutes that’s a steal.

Just wondering how he fell so far. Are there that many picks with more potential than him?

Post is solid, but he doesn’t seem like a steal. I watched him at BC. He was by far their best player on a bad and then very mediocre team over the past few years. I hope he does well for the Warriors, but I think O’ Connor may be over optimistic in his draft rating.
