Cleveland Cavaliers Trading For Cameron Johnson??
yo what’s going on guys this Houston Sports Talk Back another video to day and today we’re going to be talking about Cameron Johnson potentially being traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers leading up to the 2024 NBA draft which is an hour away uh or almost an hour away it’s going to be very interesting to see what happens in this draft tonight the Brooklyn Nets are currently looking reports today the Brooklyn Nets are looking for 2024 draft picks and the Cleveland Cavaliers are interested in Cameron Johnson Brooklyn is willing to move guys Cameron Johnson and Dorian finy Smith to get uh 2024 draft picks I don’t know why when moving those two guys who have you know who have value uh you want to get 2000 you want to get draft picks now in one of the weakest draft classes instead of waiting for 2025 or 2026 her really good draft classes so uh but Brooklyn who has no picks in tonight’s draft uh wants draft picks for tonight and are willing to move Cameron Johnson and uh Dorian finny Smith or just either or to get that and Cleveland has one selection tonight picked 20 which I don’t know if that’s something Brooklyn would be interested in obviously you wouldn’t just trade pick 20 for Cameron Johnson I think they’d have to add in other assets of course maybe like Max stru and Georgie uh George n uh for Cameron Johnson with the 20th overall pick but I would think maybe they could get a better draft pick um from someone else that’s the only first round pick this Cavaliers team has uh tonight so uh you know I I’d love to see Cameron Johnson and in a Cavaliers uniform I think he definitely improved their team he’s a great three-point shooter he’s a great score he’s even a really decent Defender but uh I just see this trade being unlikely uh just because the Cavs you know don’t have the greatest first- run pick at pick 20 um and I think the Nets are probably looking for more you know near lottery draft pick for you know karon Johnson like the the like the Wizards just got the 14th overall pick and Malcolm Brogden with another first round pick for Denny aaja a trade that literally just happened um so I don’t think Cameron Johnson has I would think Cameron Johnson is kind of at Denny aasa’s level uh maybe you could say Denny is probably a little bit better than Cameron Johnson so I don’t think the 20th overall pick and a couple players is going to be enough to land um you know Cameron Johnson and in Cleveland but we’ll see you li thoughts and peace out
