    I read the title as suggesting that PP being picked for the current Select Team was a “confidence booster” for him, and I thought that didn’t make any sense coming from someone who just had one of the all time best highlights of any bench player’s career.  That PP doesn’t need any confidence boosting.

    Makes more sense to read that the quote is pertaining to his previous stint on the Select Team.
