Why the LA Clippers will (likely) NOT offer Moussa Diabete a Qualifying Offer by the deadline tomorrow (June 29)

Do not expect to see Moose get a QO like many other two-way players this off-season. As he's spent the last 2 years as a two-way player for the same team, his qualifying offer is now for a standard roster spot instead of a 1 year Two-Way contract. If the Clippers do not tender a QO by tomorrow night, Moose will be an unrestricted free agent and free to sign any contract (including a 1 year Two-way contract) with any team. As opposed to players with Two-Way QOs who can only sign two-way contracts with their retaining teams.

Obviously this doesn't mean he won't still be back on a two-way contract with us, but something to note for people who are assuming we have two two-way contracts already locked up on Moose and Jordan next season.

He’s not an NBA player. It’s as simple as that. No Hate. Wish him the best

Moose definitely has a place in this league

Why do we even bother drafting bigs at this point. We can scout them well, we can’t develop them well

I don’t count 2nd rounders as busts. Last year was Moussa’s shot but he was injured all season.
