When asked how Rick would describe Macklin off the ice, he said:
“Off the ice, he’s actually an alter ego of himself on the ice. He’s very relaxed and chill, very thoughtful and kind. But as soon as he steps onto the ice, he changes into this competitive, snarling, aggressive [player].”
Unironically, I can see why Mack and Draymond have formed a close bond over the years. Rick basically just described Draymond, based on everything everyone who *actually knows* Dray has said about him. 😂
