Another 34, soon to be 35 year old playoff dropper on a team full of playoff droppers

  2. celtics2024champ

They’re loading up the process part 2 in 3 years max

  3. Yellowbucket58

Wouldn’t that put them near the salary cap? Embiid, Maxey, PG is nice but it would be a steep drop off after that.

  4. PapaSheev7

Good for them. They’re still going out in the 2nd round tho.

  5. LuckysBestMan

Another second round exit before Embiid asks out

  6. PG would be a solid 3rd option for Philly but man that’s a lot of money you’re going to have to give to a injury prone 34 year old

  7. Full-Flight-5211

Anyone is better than Tobias Harris so it will be a plus for them lol

  8. LosOlivos2424

I for one hope they drop a ton of money on PG. he literally is one of the most overrated players, still won’t get them past the 2nd round

  9. PepeSylvia11

That’s cute. Another aging, injury-prone guy on the downswing. Fine by me

  10. TheTurtleOne

Embiid PG is just a bit more healthy Kawhi PG lol

Didnt Harden poison the well for the Sixers by telling PG what a shit head Morey is? Feel like PG is using the Sixers to get what he wants out of the Clips but has no intention of leaving LA. But that’s just me.

    If they sign him

    1) they’d only have $15 mil left in cap space

    2) they will be a second apron team after Maxey’s extension

it is funny that the 76ers got a 2028 first from the Clippers and a 2029 pick swap for Harden and are now looking to be a threat to get Paul George, but I don’t understand the value of the Clippers playing this game when they own none of their own picks (outright or swaps) until 2030… at the very least they need to tread water until then

Gonna be funny when Paul George and Embiid are both hurt by the playoffs. Paul George’s contract will immediately be bad.

Can’t wait to watch idiotic 76ers fans somehow claim that they are a real threat in the East if they get PG lmfao.

  16. joebos617

it’s fun getting to watch this play out as the Squidward looking up then putting the shades back on meme

  17. He’s always been overrated. Never really thought why people think he’s so good. He hasn’t done anything.

  18. defensivemindset

These idiots sign ambulance free agents and then wonder why their entire rosters are injured in the post season.

  19. Like I’ve said so many times: all you need to do is show the 76ers a Celtics jersey and they’ll crap their pants.

  20. dredgedskeleton

gonna give a hot take: this actually would make them pretty formidable for at least one season. it’s a move for an extremely small, win-now window.

  21. Pizza_For_Days

PG has always been overrated in my eyes and had loser energy no matter what team he’s played on.

Now he’s older and hurt way more often, so please Philly, pay that guy near 50 million a year for multiple years. I would actually love that so much as a C’s fan lol.

  22. chewbacca-says-rargh

They’d be paying a lot just to lose in the 2nd round.

  23. BostonBuffalo9

Good! Dude hasn’t won shit and is overrated af.

  24. PotBaron2

chances are george and embiid will both be on the bench with injuries next post season doesn’t even matter
