Los Angeles Lakers 7’5” FREAK SIGNING To Complete Bronny James & Dalton Knecht Draft ft. Lebron

the 2024 draft has come to an end and the case could easily be made the Los Angeles Lakers lucked out given how the New Orleans Pelicans ultimately decided to defer this year’s 17th overall pick which would eventually land Dalton connect a prospect many mock drafts had in the top 10 and could have been one of the better prospects to New Orleans Pelicans would have been able to get their hands on since the Blockbuster Anthony Davis trade to top that all off the second day of the NBA draft was equally as satisfying to watch with the Los Angeles Lakers being able to select Superstar LeBron James oldest son bronny James the 55th overall pick there’s a really compelling argument behind each one of the Lakers picks but if we all being honest these are both feel-good stories currently shifting fans Focus away from the bigger picture of how the Lakers walked away from the NBA draft empty-handed without a center many fans who thought would ultimately be Zack Ed or Kell wear wearing to purple and gold next season both talented big men would eventually be selected in the lottery which is much higher than many mo drafts had them at and this all could be interpreted as a sign that the front offices around the league are less than impressed with what the upcoming class of free agents have to offer at the center position to the point where rolling the dice on a rookie Center in a weak draft class is seen as a better option so that’s exactly where the Lakers currently find themselves that is if they don’t act fast and rumage through what remains of this year’s draft class in hopes of finding a rookie Center worth auditioning in the upcoming weeks as part of Summer League training camp and eventually preseason from the T on thumbnail many of you guys already know that in this video we’ll be advocating as to why Rob plink in the front office must act fast as in this very moment if they want to capitalize on the current availability of 7 fo5 shop blocking Center jaryan sharp but before we dive into why J and Sharps heavily being slept on as undrafted Talent be sure to let me know down in the comment section below what letter grade would you give to Lakers for drafting Brony James with the 55th overall pick also so what type of role do you think bronnie James could play for the Lakers next season if at all first of all it wouldn’t be a far-fetched statement to say that weren’t for Jan Sharp’s recent legal troubles he’d probably find himself already signed to a team despite going undrafted on top of that sharp took a game on himself transferring to Old Miss after two successful Seasons at Western Kentucky where he averaged eight points eight rebounds and an insane amount of blocks at over four per game but then at Old Miss sharp had to come off the bench and completely destroy his draft stock but as you could see Jan sharp moves extremely well for a player of his size that’s comparable to that of a taco fall but much Slimmer and the unique combination of his lengthy 7 fo7 wingspan to go off impressive athleticism and Mobility it enables him to cover a tremendous amount of ground with ease as a highly disruptive rim protector and help Defender to a primary anchor like Anthony Davis Jan sharp makes for a Nob burer addition for the Los Angeles Lakers to add to a summer league rawar at the very League granted sharp sorely lacks a feel for the game on the offensive side of the ball has made minimal to no progress to modernize his game and questions of his maturity continue to remain red flags but bringing him on board in the form of a non-committal summer league or training camp deal literally wouldn’t hurt the Lakers at all from day one J and sharp will be one of the very few players capable of matching up the length and speed of frequently long and futuristic seven-footers such as Victor W Manama Chet Homam Christos porzingis bowo and seemingly more in the pipeline with alexar going to the Washington Wizards sharp doesn’t have a ceiling even close to any of the players that I just mentioned but he has the tools and motor to provide some much needed defensive Integrity for the Los Angeles Lakers who have been sorely lacking quality Rim protection outside of Anthony Davis for years now Shar would be a nice card up the sleeve of rookie head coach JJ reic to occasionally throw opposing teams off their feet in situational minutes with Anthony Davis and Jan sharp sharing a front Court completely terrorizing opponents trying to finish in the paint amongst the trees so let me know down in the comment section below with the 2024 NBA draft coming to an end are there any other prospects lying out there on the open market that you’d like to see your front office pick up if not then which realistic upcoming free agent do you want to see Los Angeles Lakers sign First Once free agency kicks off in a couple of days but that’s it for a video take it easy guys [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] a five Stewart got that three cuz Willis did a nice job of snaking the ball screen and giving himself better passing angle this young FIU team tonight that’s that’s a lesson they’re going to have to learn sharp getting involved a little bit well not not a block on that possession for Sharp but you can just tell how he affects the game def Davis for the third most dunks in college basketball off still a work in progress but he can do that know who his football coach was at Western Kentucky I have absolutely no idea sharp with happy with that even though he doesn’t come away with the twoo he does get the offensive board rim run with over a th career points led by Jordan Walker who has been incredible they sharp in the base and then he commits the foul on the other end defensively Pon are still AC a year later yeah actively using it as a coat rack driving into the lane weaving his way so I see a 75 barrier great bounce pass to Kart blocked by sharp so up eight it’s been an 114 Western spurt down to a one-point game Jackson across the midpoint stripe with a minute to go out to yukam matu and is shot block by sharp was but then he was released had a wide open look at a three rampton has had a great shooting night the rest of the team but the thing about this game really has been about Louisville and their shooting you got to do easier said than done though and SC State on a 70 run here as that’s ended by [Applause] [Music] Shar got to try to get it in the paint get sharp some touches There He Is We called it Marner sharpen ball is still coming back from that not playing with a brace on his knee or anything there’s sharp with the nice job by Ona just trying to get a hand out but Shar muscles it up just the game he’s also tremendous on the defensive end with his knack for stealing the basketball there’s an offensive rebound from Sharp now a three-pointer from Lander that’s off the mark But the put back through traffic Lefty short offensive rebound Hamilton in the corner for three doesn’t fall on the bench and the flush from Shark May on mcnight with the ball he is the floor general just too easy way to this roster and this coaching staff to stick around or even can get some stuff on tape for where they go next here’s a lot the sharp most players like the no call in that situation and this officiating crew obviously isn’t afraid sharp wide open down low sharp sometimes got to be physical go right to him make him valion [Music] [Music]

  1. guess we already have 2 undrafted signings and one more would go to Colin Castleton. So I guess we would not go for this option.

  2. is he in the lakers radar or not? he looks fast for that tall.. reminds me of Jonathan bender of Indiana with a big version.. taco fall is much slower than him.. if I were to compare to him the comparison only is there height.

  3. The Lakers will probably be scrubs Davis is a big man but not a true powerful center with James getting older Davis accident prone the middle is wide open no rim protector😮

  4. coming season is a wash. rookie coach and pieces that are going to be finding their place. they can wait another year to get another center or wait to the trade deadline if need be

  5. I'm not familiar with Sharpe, but he looks great in these highlights and would be a great Summer League addition for the Lakers!!!

  6. Sharp looks very quick off his feet on offense and on defense seems to move his feet well. I am surprised he was passed up by so many teams! He also shoots smoothly from 8 feet out and seems to have decent hands. Excellent! You can’t teach quick feet and good hands.

  7. I would love to see a Lakers lineup with LeBron (6’9”), AD (6’10”), Sharp (7’5”), De’Angelo Russell (6’3”), and Reeves (6’5”). And off the bench, Castleton (6-10), Bronny (6’2”), Knecht (6’5”), Vanderbuilt (6’10”), and Max Christie (6’5”). Then thrown in a brilliant coach. Wow!

  8. MISSING PIECE TO COMPLETE THE CIRCUS .SO MANY OF THIS SPORTS EXPERTS ANALYST ARE BENDING BACKWARD TO THE BRONNY PICK .PICK NO. 44 AND IS CONSIDER THE KEY PIECE .AWFUL SEASON 2025 SEASON

  9. Sharp should be giving the breaking glass roles in case Colin Castleston injury remember the Lakers young players wasn't utilize or giving simple roles so it's going to different i give sharp the opportunity in the g league and then bring on

  10. IM REALLY HOPING THAT HIS SON IS JUST A LATE BLOSSOM. WHICH IS WHAT I THINK IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN. IT WILL BE HARD WITH EVERYBODY THINKIING THAT BRONNY IS BENEFITTING FROM "BLACK SUPREMACY"😂 AND THEY WILL BE ATTACKING HIM WORST THAN LONZO BALL😂 GO LAKERS!!!!!!!
