The Chicago Bulls have been trying to offload Zach LaVine by attaching a first-round pick to him, but so far, no teams have shown interest, per @BobbyMarks42 “There is no market for Zach Lavine. They are trying to give him away and attach a first round pick.

The contract is awful but for a team with relatively no assets or ways to improve getting lavine who still has a higher ceiling than any of our guards could be interesting. If they actually add a pick on top of that i don’t get how the heat don’t even consider it

These are type of risk you have to take if you are in the heat’s situation

  3. I would definitely consider it, but what would it take to match the salary?

    Magic get: #14

    Bulls get: JI (expiring)

Heat get: 2 frps (magic and bulls) and lavine

Send Duncan to some other team maybe for some more assets

That is because LaVine is very not good. Hes just flashy but can’t play winning basketball

Zach Lavine is one of the few players in this league who is just as injury prone and unreliable as Herro is; and has an even worse contract than Herro. Unless the Bulls are willing to offer multiple first round picks to offload his contract (especially with the cap issues this team has), hard pass.

If they’re willing to add a pick along with him, we should at least consider it

Might be worth it if they add a pick or two. Lavine has really fallen off.

If we can flip Herro for Lavine and that Bulls pick, and then do a trade using Lavine,, the Bulls pick and 2 of our own picks (probably 2028 to 2030) can we net a young star?

Ofc we need to consider salary matching as well. But, asset wise, that’s the framework.

Would love him on the team, but that contract is insane. Would be a cool reclamation project.

this is like taking home the chopped girl at the function

    miss me with that shit

    have some standards

bulls better throw in all their picks before i even consider that albatross

You all really think arison is down to pay lavine that kind of money when he can’t stay healthy?Goodluck with that one lol.

  13. GrogRhodes

We’re not trading for Lavine. It’s clear we want some cap space for Bam and Friends.

  14. Ice_Dragon3444

I am not convinced he is much better than Herro and considering he is just as injury prone(or even more) probably not worth it.

I said this the other day but yeah I think he would make a big impact for you guys.

The longest he’s been on a good team in his entire career was either that 6 months when Lonzo was healthy, or when he was on team USA.

The salary matching makes it tricky but I do believe he’s the perfect target for you guys. An efficient scorer next to Jimmy & Bam is what they need.

If both are 100%, I’m taking Lavine over Herro, BUT neither are healthy 💀 FML

  17. At this point, might as well I guess. Maybe Spo will work his magic again.
