Whoever wrote this article is a Thunder homer. In what world do they get Lauri, a decent bench player in Hunter, AND a lightly protected first round pick without having to give up any of their star players or the majority of their future picks? We give up the most by far in this scenario, and get nothing back but soon to be washed Capella, a bench guard (something we already have way too many of), and several protected firsts? Granted, the 2026 clippers unprotected first could be incredibly valuable, but the protections on most of the other picks make this an easy no for the Jazz when Mikal Bridges just went for a Gobert-esque haul.

Even if they gave us all the picks listed, there’s a small chance we draft anyone as talented as Lauri. I’d rather have the proven asset.

Lauri to the thunder is the only team that I see the Jazz moving him to…. But only if they give up a good amount of the draft picks they have.. those clipper ones look awesome good right about now

So we get a dumpster fire full of 1st rounders. Look at all the protections on those picks…. Not to mention those 2025 picks are going to be ass or non-existent potentially in the case of the Heat… Yeah, no thanks.
