The Blazers future should SCARE the NBA

with the Blazers drafting Donovan kinging and training for Denny Avia all in one night they now look like one of the best young teams in the entire league adding on to a good young core of players the Blazers are starting off the rebuild in the right direction the Blazers were the third youngest team last year with an average age of 24.2 years old and they have gotten even younger after the draft with the potential to trade the other veterans on their roster and more assets for the Blazers to acquire they have a bright future ahead I’ll be going over each core piece that the Blazers will build around but before we do that make sure to subscribe and leave a like Donovan Kling is a 72 center that is an elite rim protector he brings a level Rim protection that the Blazers haven’t seen in a long time they hope they would get it with Robert Williams already under 18 but it hasn’t worked out he’s such a great screener and is a perfect fit for scoot Henderson and other guards on this roster in the pick and roll or on off ball screens he can free up lanes for Sharp and scoo to drive through he gives two of the most athletic cards in the game free Lanes to drive to the rim for his offensive game he doesn’t have much really just a love threat and a paint worker however he has some special passing ability that he can tap into in his NBA career he brings the defensive ability and one protection the Blazers have needed for a long time and gives him a promising offensive game they can develop he is a franchise Center that any team would be happy to have Denny Advia has the potential to be an All-Star High LEL role player in Portland I had made a video on him a couple weeks before talking about he was a Hidden Gem in Washington he’s a good Defender giving the Blazers more defense when they need it he’s a good passer as well especially in transition he can grow into a score as he gets a larger role in Portland and he’s very d able consistent and continues to get better and better each year he’s in the league if you want my extended thoughts make sure to check out the full video I did on him scoot Henderson was one of the most he prospects of the past 5 years only to be overshadowed by wemi in the same Drive class however scoo did not have a good rookie year and had a terrible start to the season but he picked it up late in the season in hopes of having a better sophomore season in his last 25 games he averaged 17 points 6.6 assists and 3.4 rebounds very solid numbers he still has a cut down on turnovers and be more efficient but he’s heading in the right diretion we all know he’s a hard worker and there’s no doubt that he will only improve from here scoot heading into his second year will have a better Supporting Cast around him as well to develop the difference between cling and Aiden will be very apparent next season he still has the potential of a jaw or Westbrook in him and I expect him to take leap next season as he continues to grow he will deliver to being the franchise guy for the players as he is just 20 years old when talking about high flying guards there might be no one more athletic than Shaden sharp sharp had a solid rookie year but L to make a jump last season injuries prevented him from breaking out but he is primed to do it next year he already has a collection of posters in just two short years and is one of the most athletic athletes the leak has ever seen he has a punch of potential that he can still tap into as he is just 21 his 7 foot wingspan and his athletic ability can turn him into a very good defender in the league and he could be one of the best three andd role players in the league heading into next season out would expec him to become a zline type player but a better Defender a great piece that you would want on a contender with even more potential to tap into Anthony Simons is the best score the Blazers have he’s been there since the dayer and he is the longest tenard Blazer on the team he is the best player as of right now and fits in their timeline as a team as he is just 24 he’s a good playmaker and a great scorer he’s also very efficient and a good shooter especially from the free of the line he has true All-Star potential and can be a great number three or grow to a number two heading into the future for this Blazer team he forms a great young du with scoot Henderson and he could be the best six man in the NBA as well he has true star potential and can be the Blazer’s best player next year I can see him jumping into the MIP race alongside Denny as I picked him to be in the race last year as well however without an injury to start the season Simons could average 27 points a game and keep his playmaking intact he’s a valuable asset for the Blazers and can be their number two or three in the future for this contending Blazers team as for the rest of the roster there are some good young pieces that played well last season Chris Murray brother of Keegan Murray can develop into a good pinch piece into the future as he played well his rookie year R and Tani Kamar can turn into good rotational players for the Blazers in the future all these players are under 24 spending the timeline of their rebuild DeAndre Aiden and Robert Williams are still good young players cover with a pick of kinging they could be on their way out Robert Williams had had some trouble staying healthy his entire career but is one of the best defenders in the league when healthy if the Blazers don’t want to keep him they can flip him to a contender in the offseason or Chan in the trade deadline for picks and assets same thing for DeAndre Aiden they can flip into a playoff team for picks however the most valuable asset on their team is Jeremy Grant who’s a great role player for any Contender they can get two future first for him and a young asset the Trailblazers have have the flexibility and access to continue to gain more draft piic and young players to surround their core now you may be asking I just listed a bunch of young players that can be great number twos or threes and Elite role players but who would be their number one guy the Blazers are built for a number one amazing Prospect to take over this team and lead them to success luckily enough Cooper flag is Reed to go first in next year’s tra and is a generational Prospect the Blazers have their 2025 first round pick Lottery protected next season the Blazers should improve but not that much giving them a chance at the first overall pick giving them a to draft a generaal prospect in Cooper flag flag is the perfect modern NBA player at a 610 frame and he has all the skills and tools you want in an all-around player giving him a great T cast in his rookie season is something the Blazers could provide the Blazers could have a great defensive Trio with flag Advia and clan in the future that can be the foundation of their team the duo flag and Scoot can be a very good offensive threat as well this team is one Young Piece away from being a true playoff Contender and a team for the future the Blazers are setting themselves up very nicely for the Cooper Flags sweep Stakes as they are primed to be one of the best young teams in the league the Blazers currently have a nice collection of great young players they’re laying down the foundation of a playoff team that could make noise in the future they remind me of the 2020 or 21 Grizzlies that were led by a young athletic point guard in Scoot and jaw I expect their core pieces to have great Seasons but for the team to not be that good yet however after positioning themselves well for Cooper flag their future could change drastically and we’ll be talking about them differently this time next year if you guys enjoyed this video make sure to subscribe and and leave a like [Music]

The trailblazers after last night have a great future.

  1. Nice overview and good information. The blazers are on the right trajectory. At times I had a hard time understanding what you were saying. You may want to slow down a little and focus on crisper annunciation.

  2. I'm not sure they must get Flagg (it will be nice). If Billups (or other coach) can make them be like his Pistons 2.0, it will be awesome.

  3. I’m excited to see what the blazers do. I think Sharpe and Simmons really have high potential. Sharpe just needs to stay healthy. I like the deni trade and clinggan pick aswell

  4. Too bad Fail Blazer management tends to squander acquisition of draft talent by wasting picks on bad players, overpaying in trades and flat out just giving them away for cash. Worst organization in the league. The team must be sold or nothing will change for the better.

  5. Deni Avdija is best as a point forward. he played PG at high-school. they've changed his role from SF to point forward after the TDL and his numbers went to 20ppg 6apg 8rpg at that part of the season. ending with 15 6 4 the all season. True shooting 60%.

  6. Flagg is such a long shot. Even if the Blazers tank all the way to number 1 (unlikely, given the upgrades and, probable improved health), it's a coin toss. Odds only get worse from there. So, while we can dream, that's a tall order of chicken sandwich that hasn't even hatched yet.

  7. Like I said. Championship team:

    Center Clingan
    PF Ayton
    SF Deni
    SG Sharpe
    PG Scoot.

In Scoot We Trust. Let's GO BLAZERS

  8. Make Deni a play maker and have Shaedon and Simons run through screens for easy buckets. Just like Draymond to Klay and Steph. This way the guards are not getting trap. Now they have Clingan too for defense. Make it work Chauncey

  9. One of the most critical components we need to change if we wanna contend is coaching. Billups is likable but has no clue about X's & O's, tactics/strategy, or anything else a great coach needs. That's my opinion. Any thoughts @TNMugi??

  10. Please speak loud and more clear in your video……is quite difficult to hear you with the music behind…..Impossible to understand you sometime.

  11. I am high on Deni, I watched that 43 pt 15reb game he had and he is a great defender as well and I am very high on Clingen as a defender/rebounder and eventually a scorer. I am not sold yet on anyone else on the Blazer roster, lots of athleticism and "potential" but I have seen how often super athletes never accomplish anything in the NBA. Hopefully the odds are with the Blazers and either Scoot or Sharpe turn out. Getting Flag is too much to ask for, the NBA will make sure a major market team gets that pick.

  12. I hope you're right. It's sounds good when you say it but drafting a center on the first round is unwise. Didn't work with Sam Bowie and didn't work with Greg oden. It's hard to be a fan of Portland, they have one of the worst drafting teams in the history of the nba. Two players since Clyde. Brandon Roy and lillard.

  13. What’s gunna happen to duop reath he was a great steal from the g league hope we keep him in the rotation he’s been shooting 3s like crazy and setting strong screens
