I just feel like as someone who is also an athlete ever since elementary school anytime you hear something along the lines of a dinner or team get together you dress up formal no matter what. I feel like a team dinner is common sense for going out for dinner which you would clearly dress up for even if it’s not formal wearing sweatpants to go out to eat with your team just doesn’t even seem right because your most likely going to take pictures with them as well.
Perfect, that’s how you assume people know how to dress nice and just not tell them anything.
