“I’m the only one who doesn’t shoot 3s well around here, young fella.”

This is written like it’s some sort of personal beef – but it’s more than likely that Chicago wants to take the ball out of Demar’s hands and see what the younger backcourt can do.

I can’t say I blame them either, you can’t keep doing what they’ve been doing and expect to improve. Sell Vuce, Lavine and Demar for whatever you can and rebuild organically

Man Demar last year was 24/4/5 on good efficiency. Played 79 games close to 38 minutes a game and people are talking about him taking the MLE. Surely there’s a team that would pay him more than that

  4. nutsygenius

The final straw is them not being able to get rid of Lavine lol

  5. EagleswonSuperBowl52

Everyone is making jokes about dating situation, but the real reason is that it is the final straw for Demar is that this is a clear sign of the Bulls truly committing to the tank (plus if you thought the floor spacing for the Bulls was bad before…)

  6. Dude just went to the Kendrick concert he not gonna play with p giddey

  7. zachlabean

This is Cowley so it really should be taken with a huge grain of salt. He’s a known Chicago hack.

Whatre the odds Zach Lavine has a healthy season and puts up his all star numbers again… only for the Bulls to change their minds and take him off the trade market?

  9. Revenesis

People talk about Demar like he’s chopped liver but dude is still legit good. Idk what the Lakers money situation is like but if they can somehow pull off Klay+Demar I think they’re right back in the mix.

  10. ClaymoresRevenge

I thought it was because we weren’t going to pay him what he wanted

  11. BasketRap

This is worded so weirdly. They’re starting their youth movement and can’t find a Lavine taker so they can’t afford him. Why would he take a discount to come back to a bad team when he could take a discount and play for a good team

  12. CoyotesSideEyes

Come back, DeMar. We’re assembling all the non-shooters we can!!

  13. ClowdyRowdy

Oh thank fucking god. Blow this team up. Free Deroz

  14. Elite_Alice

I don’t blame him they’re an unserious franchise

  15. Silly_Stable_

This isn’t about him hating Giddey. It’s just that they don’t fit well together since they both need the ball in their hands to be effective offensively.

  16. ParisAintGerman

Demar could be an all time 6th man on a contender

  17. kingjuicepouch

Oh thank goodness. Demar is too good to tank with and we need to try to keep our pick next year. Happy trails deebo, good luck wherever you land

  18. I’m suddenly much higher on the Caruso trade…

  19. TrustInRoy

I hope a contender trades for Coby and gets him out of that mess.

  20. tayroarsmash

Demar Derozan is such a weird player. Too good to tank not a good fit for a contending team. What do you do with him?

  21. This should be a no brainer addition for the Clippers after losing PG. he’s a former raptor so this should already be a done deal.

  22. tronovich

Tobias Harris just got $25 million per.

Demar, make a move now lol

  23. Demar seems like a good dude. Hope he wins a ring somewhere

  24. TwoTalentedBastids

Giddey got a weird case why is he around? – Derozan
