NBA Trade Rumor: This team wants Lauri Markkanen the most!

today we found out who the two top teams are that are going after low Markin and this rumor comes from Chris Haynes it it would really put a dent in the Warriors roster to try to make that deal happen or try to you know try to get to try to get this the um Utah Jazz to bite it would be interesting to see how they would go about doing it but you know Danny he he craves first round picks what can the Warriors do to come up with the necessary picks and you know Danny AES he he’s all about standard he’s all about what you know what what did this team do what’s the most recent example one of the most recent examples is probably Mel Bridges so they’re looking at all all of these things so I was told the Warriors are the aggressors San Antonio Spurs they’re in on as well I’m told like on a serious nature it’s those two teams Spurs Warriors but I’m told the Warriors more more importantly are really pursuing really trying to see what they can do to try to make it happen so it’s the Warriors and the Spurs according to Chris Haynes that are going after lri marinin and like he says the big thing that the Jazz want is those first round picks but what’s the most the Warriors can offer well if they want to get Lowry Markin and they can offer three unprotected first round picks to the Jazz depending on the years they want they can’t do more than that because you cannot trade first round picks of your own in consecutive seasons and they could offer up to four pick swaps in between those years up to the year 2031 they can also offer the Jazz a young player the Jazz are likely asking for one of psky Moses moody or kaminga now the question is who of those players would the Warriors be willing to give up because the Jazz aren’t going to get a fourth first round pick maybe they’re asking for two of the those three players now Warriors fans let me know is that a lot is that too much well it might sound like Steph Curry is fine with that cost according to Monty P who reports on the Warriors what do you think Steph Curry’s thinking about getting immediate help I think he wants it badly I think he wants it badly and so that put and the Warriors know that and that puts a certain amount of pressure on them to do something which I think they will but can will they do something that will satisfy step and you know maybe Zack lazine you know again that’s a lot of money yeah and the Warriors kind of like their finances right now uh and if they if they were to go out to now maybe if they were a package with Wiggins and and some other parts uh maybe that would be something they would do uh but I think based on all I’ve heard so far their number one target is is Lori marinin and if they you know and he’s the number one Target because Paul George went off the table on Saturday so y um they had everything on it for Paul George and they you know there was a lot they got close but it didn’t happen and once that was gone the warriors were like okay we have to scramble now what are we GNA do and Lori marinin is a guy who you know he’s that beautiful stretch four um and the Warriors love you know the Warriors are are a short team yeah they led the league in rebounding but they’re still a short team and and and Markin is a guy who would be able you can plug right in and he can play three yard for you know he ain’t going to be a great shot rim protector even though he’s 7even feet but he’s a presence and again you know if you got a SF footer who can get Buckets and he can a 40% shooter from three uh that’s big in this league so basically what it sounds like is Steph Curry is putting pressure on the Warriors to get this done which makes for a perfect storm of a trade the Utah Jazz want a lot from lry Markin and they’re not going to give him for free the Warriors are super motivated to go get a replacement for Klay Tom THS son they want to take advantage of the final 3 to four years of Steph Curry’s career he’s not going to be playing forever and I’m sure he wants to stop having these tanking seasons and just wants to compete low marinan would be perfect for them because he can play off the ball he’s the one of the best off ball Shooters he fills that Klay Thompson roll perfectly where he’s a spot-up shooter cuts to the basket hit rebounds does everything that they need offensively that clay couldn’t quite do and Markin is an underrated Defender is he an elite Defender no but he’s a highlevel rebounder he is big he does give effort and at worst he’s an average to pretty good Defender the question like we’ve said before is will this happen are the Warriors willing to give the Jazz what they’re asking for will they give up kaminga will they give up Moses Moody and will the Jazz accept that because if the jazs only get three first round picks and three or four swaps is that enough it certainly seems like the Warriors are motivated and maybe the Jazz right now are negotiating something to make sure larri Markin goes and resigns there perhaps the Warriors are talking to marinin just about a renegotiation of his of his contract because we know that’s something that low marinin wants the other thing to consider is Lowry marinin is extremely tradable like they said with Zack LaVine his contract is massive but low marinin makes 17 million so the Warriors can easily make this work it helps keep their books good and they can be set for the next three to four years with Steph Curry and for Utah they get picks that will be post step Curry and it means that they could likely take advantage of the post step Curry
