Hasn’t the rumor been for a while now that FSG is waiting for the Vegas expansion team? I kinda feel like LeBron retiring is the only thing holding off expansion because he’s gonna get the Vegas team with FSG. I also don’t want Bezos, so hopefully he’s also waiting for expansion so he can get the Sonics.
The hope is the new owners are basically the same as the current group with deeper pockets. I also wouldn’t mind if Ben Affleck buys a small stake in the team because then the Celtics would be owned by Batman.

Individual team success means nothing anymore to them. The entire point is to branch out into as many sports as possible and drive up the value of FSG. Maybe *one* team will get the focus for a few years while the others get gutted.
