he’s a “*3&D wing*” and lakers fans are pissed they didn’t bring him back

    another good vet minimum signing

  2. strawberrycapital_

good shooter, solid defense. good pickup. he did well on the lakers

  3. Love this, solid 3&D wing who played a lot for the Lakers last season and shot 39.7% from three

  4. theconfuserx3

good signing. he outplayed dlo in some of those nuggets games last postseason

  5. NeonArtist12

This is actually such a good signing. Horst cooking the off-season again 🔥

  6. flubbergastedshocked

Lakers fan, you guys will like him as long as Ham has no say about his minutes. He was great for us once he stopped starting and his minutes were reduced.

I think this a good signing, can help our bench for sure

another home run signing by Horst!! i don’t think there’s any way he could be doing better with minimum deals.

Prince shot 39.6% from 3 last year and is a solid wing defender. Him and Wright are now our two best perimeter defenders and they’re both solid on offense

edit: seeing a lot online about how Prince is average-slightly above average on defense. so if Ajax can learn how to stop fouling he could be better. still, Prince is a significant defensive upgrade for us and actually has the size to guard wings

  9. Low_Beyond8134

He’s a good role player not a starter but can hit shots pretty average defender and above average 3 point shooter

Ok just find a 7 footer and we’re golden

Lakers fan here, he was great for us in limited bench minutes but Ham loved to overplay him which didn’t work out too well. Hopefully you guys don’t have that issue lol

  12. AllTimeBallKnower

So we got Prince and Wright, both are solid defenders and can shoot.

I don’t think we necessarily need lock down defenders just some that are serviceable

  13. SwagTwoButton

So we have two more role players that are good at defense than we did to start last year. 3 if we still bring back Pat bev.

    Seems good to me.

Him & Darvin are not beating the secret relationship allegations 💔

  15. Impossible-Group8553

I watched a ton of lakers games. Prince is really solid and comes up in big moments. I’ve been talking about wanting him for like a month now so I’m pumped. You’re not getting a better wing for the vet min.

  16. Man, it’s really true how much Darvin loved this guy lol. Laker fans were so annoyed with his minutes.

  17. Objective_Cod1410

I’ll take it! Perfectly serviceable bench player. Can’t be worse than Jae Crowder was.

  18. Loose-Sandwich-5493

Our bench is starting to look a lot better.

  19. drutastic57

I don’t like it at all. He isn’t much better than our young guys who could use valuable experience but will sit because doc has his guys now.

  20. TechnicalSample4678

Certainly an upgrade on Crowder. Not gonna say Horst is cooking just yet these are signings any GM would of made in our situation. Let’s see a trade get done!

  21. Horst has got unreal connections when it comes to FA

  22. TraySplash21

Awesome value contract. Hopefully won’t have to start but can slide into any spot 2-4 in a pinch with injuries

  23. Realistic-Direction5

Wasn’t he the best Laker to come off the bench?

  24. FanDoggyGate

With only minimums it’s been a great off-season so far. Line flexibility and defense has been a needed trend. Wright can play PG or SG and defend reliably. Prince can be the forward that comes in for Lopez if a team is trying to play small against us and is playing Lopez off the floor. This might be it or maybe another center with the last spot, but either way solid start.
