  1. For vet minimum sure. Not using actual cap for anything but defense and rebounding.

  2. This feels like an obvious reunion, for better or worse.

Nurse loved him, he loved being here and we desperately need PFs

Why do you have to ruin my offseason?

  4. if this guy ends up becoming our starting PF Daryl Morey is once again a fraud!😂

I’m for it. My thoughts are if we bring back both hometown guys, Lowry and Morris, we are at the point where we only need to trade Reed for a PF to fill out our lineup

    Maxey-PG-Oubre-[PF]-Embiid

    Lowry-McCain-Gordon-Morris-Drummond

People ragged on him but man actually showed up on the handful of times a game he was needed. Defense might not have been notable but he was makin.buckets most times when he needed too

He’d be totally fine as a bench option on a vet minimum. Don’t want him anywhere near the starting lineup though.

  8. It’s a smash yes for me if it’s on the minimum

  9. The people complaining about about Morris (who actually played pretty well for us) on a vet minimum are the same ones that thought Paul Reed should be our starting power forward.

Morris isn’t the player he was when he was younger, but he’s a good vet that can still contribute fairly well in limited minutes. We need guys like that on the bench.

Solid idea for a rotation piece. As long as Marcus Morris is hitting ~40%+ from 3, he’s still a productive player.

But if the Sixers have only 1 rotation roster spot available for a defensively challenged PF, I’d prefer it to be Dario Saric to be honest.

Somebody has to beat the shit out of the Celtics or Knicks. Let’s go!

The bigger question is whether his key to the city still works. Did they change the locks?

He was pretty damn good for us.

Still a good shooter and defender when needed. He’s not the most active, but that’s understandable because he’s old. I have no prob with having him as a backup forward who can come in and get up shots while being an enforcer.

Building your team on a foundation of mid 30s vets seems like a solid idea 🤦

  14. i really wish he and his brother would just fuse already and show us their final form

Meh can’t we for once take a flyer on a 25 yo with some potential or something. Isn’t that what Nurse is for? I supposed if PG13 and him are friends it’s worth it for the locker room and he can still shoot

He’s good enough to be a 10/11th man and emergency player as a big 4 maybe small 5 on a min. Not a lot of 6”9 guys who can shoot like him left

Please do. His vibes are off the charts
