Minnesota Timberwolves Sign Joe Ingles My Thoughts!!

yo what’s going on guys this Houston sports Tu back another video to day and today Joe Eng Les is signing with the Minnesota Timberwolves Minnesota is bringing in Orlando Orlando’s uh small forward who played 68 games with them last season uh you know Joe Engles has had a great career mostly known for his time with the Utah Jazz had a great had a great career with the Utah Jazz and is a great three-point shooter as well uh career three-point shooter of 41% this season he shot 4 3 and a half% on 2 and a half attempts per game 68 games played this year 17 minutes per game five points per game he also had uh three assists per game and 2.1 rebounds per game with one steal per game uh but more importantly from three he shot 43% he shot 41% in the 2223 season with Milwaukee averaging seven points per game three assists per game three rebounds per game uh in the 2021-22 season where I believe he did tears ACL that year 45 games 15 starts from three he shot a a career worst uh 34.7% on 7.2 points per game his best season of his career came in the 2020 21 season with the Utah Jazz where he played 67 games 30 starts finished second place in Sixth Man of the Year voting honestly the reason why he probably didn’t win award win that award was because the fact that he did still start 30 games but in 28 minutes per game shot 49% from the floor shot a career best 45.1% from three and also averaged 12.1 points per game five assists per game four rebounds per game one steal per game so uh yeah Joe Engles has had a great career he’s a great three-point shooter and uh I I love this signing for Minnesota because they just lost you know they just lost Joe I mean sorry they just lost Kyle Anderson who was huge for their roster and if you look at Kyle Anderson he’s someone who you know he’s someone who who you know was a big playmaker for this team at the forward position created a lot of buckets for this Minnesota team he he got four assists per game with Minnesota now here’s Joe Engles who averages 3.6 assists per game in his career even averaged six assists per game for Utah in the 201819 season he is you know similar to Kyle Anderson position he’s a he’s a small forward but he’s played at Power Forward before played at Power Forward funny enough played at power forward in the 201819 season when average six assists per game played power forward in the 201920 season as well so he is he’s at Kyle’s Kyle Anderson’s position is a great playmaker just like him and he’s a good shooter like Kyle Anderson I know Kyle Anderson had a bad three-point shooting season this season shooting 22.9% but if you look at the two seasons with Minnesota he still shot 35.3% from three cuz Anderson shot 41% from three in the 2022 23 is 2022 23 season with Minnesota and still even though he shot a hor horrific 23% this season and has the ugliest jump shot still has shot 34% from three in his career so Joe Eng Les provides shooting and the playmaking that the timber are going to miss with Kyle Anderson this is a huge signing for them let me your thoughts and peace out
