Honestly, they should implement a anonymous trade centre. You only get stats no team names, no player names. Too much collusion. Easy to be a brad stevens when people bend over backwards for you.

Pelinka had this deal worked out tho, Kuzma thought he was going to the kings and then we ended up with Westbrick.

The league realized Buddy is really overrated this season. He’s amazing at shooting threes but he’s mediocre at every other aspect of NBA basketball. In the playoffs as a bad defender, if you can’t playmake or self create, there’s no point in playing you. We saw that with Hield and the Sixers in the first round.

This is so dumb lol. That was three years ago when Buddy was on a completely different team, his value around the league was much higher, and Lakers were trying to offload a Westbrook contract that was negative value.
Not to mention the trade was Myles Turner and Buddy lol.

I don’t recall the 76ers ever discussing a Hield trade with the Lakers.
The last rumored trade discussion involving Hield and the Lakers was the Westbrook and 2 firsts for Hield and Turner trade. So it’s nowhere near accurate to say they wanted 2 FRPs for Hield. It was one FRP for the combined duo of Hield/Turner, and one FRP as the price to offload Westbrook.
Before that, when he was in Sacramento the rumor was just Hield for Kuzma and Harrell. Sacramento was definitely NOT also demanding 2 FRPS
