TJD scoring production

I think if TJD gets switched onto a much smaller player. We should try letting him work in the post. He’s a great finisher around the rim.

When we run PnR with him and their bigs switch, we try to iso with Steph or Klay on a big which wasn’t a bad idea. But after watching every warriors game last year, any time a big was switched onto Steph on defense, they would try to feed the ball low and it would be a easy bucket most of the time. I think we should explore more post up opportunities when mismatch occurs for TJD. TJD feasted in the post in college and even against slower and bigger centers. He has great touch and a great second bounce too.

P.S. this FGA attempts are pretty high too with good sample size DESPITE not even playing the first half of the season

This is why I’m optimistic for Post. Yes he’s nothing similar to TJD but he played college ball for 5 years.

I really like Gafford and I was so gutted we didn’t get him last year, but I believe TJD will be better. He’s so much more than a rim finisher/defender.

    Kuzma???

Once again the lakers had someone actually good and pissed and moaned and gaslit themselves into thinking he was utter garbage and traded him for worse garbage

Okay sold, get me Kuzma. Jk, but maybe? I don’t know

Hoping Trayce starts. Draymond is best as a 4 where he can sag off his guy to play help defense and trust that there’s a rim protector behind him.
