Recently found this picture and vaguely remember going to this event as a very little kid, but can’t put my finger on exactly what it was for. I’m guessing somewhere between 1999-2004. Does this look familiar to anyone?

Must be a party of some sort, although the color of the balloons doesn’t make it appear to be an official Magic event. Maybe a hotel, restaurant, or store grand opening with Stuff as a guest?
